Walkinshaw Andretti United was born from three iconic organisations in world motorsport, Walkinshaw Racing, Andretti Autosport, and United Autosports.

The diverse pedigree they all bring is unrivalled in Australia. From Supercar championships, Bathurst wins, Indy 500 wins, Global Rallycross titles and LMP2 endurance championships, their respective motorsport resumes are more than impressive.

Season 2023 marked a new chapter for the squad with a manufacture change, joining the Ford stable for the beginning of the Supercars Gen3 era.

Spearheaded by Bathurst 1000 winner, Chaz Mostert, and rising star Ryan Wood, Walkinshaw Andretti United are confident ahead of their final season under the blue oval badge.

Chaz Mostert enters into his sixth season with Walkinshaw Andretti United in 2025, coming off the back of an impressive 2024 Supercars season, finishing third in the Drivers Championship.

32-year-old Mostert, who hails from Browns Plains in Queensland, pilots the #25 WAU Mustang.

Since his Supercars debut in 2013, Mostert has 348 Supercars race starts to his name, which have included 24 wins, 98 podium finishes, and 26 pole positions.

His impressive resume also includes being a two-time Bathurst 1000 winner (2014 and 2021) and a 2017 Enduro Cup winner.

Mostert is also a Supercheap Auto brand ambassador off-track.

Ryan Wood is no stranger to Walkinshaw Andretti United, starting with the team in 2023 in the Super2 Series.

This year is an exciting year for Wood as he removes his ‘rookie’ title, ready to shake things up in the Supercars Championship, driving the #2 Mustang.

Growing up in New Zealand, Wood’s passion for motorsport started in go-karts where he was dominant across New Zealand and Australia claiming 10 titles along the way.

He progressed to the New Zealand Toyota 86 Championship in 2021, claiming the most race wins and most pole positions on his way to third.

The success didn’t stop there, Wood had another successful 2022 season which saw him finish second in the Porsche Sprint Challenge in Australia, claiming 6/6 pole positions, and 4/6 round wins. He also won the South Island Endurance Challenge.

Fresh off the back of a dominant 2022 season, 19-year-old Wood joined Walkinshaw Andretti United for their reintroduction to the Dunlop Super2 Series. He put on a dominant display, rounding out the year finishing third in the series with the most round wins, race wins and the Armour All Pole Award for most poles across the season.

In 2024, Wood graduated to the ‘main game’ with the Team showcasing his raw talent, falling shy of the podium many times he is hungrier than ever to collect that first Supercars trophy.

For the second year in a row Wood will be teamed up with Chaz Mostert for Walkinshaw Andretti United in what looks set to be an exciting year.
