Valvoline Diesel Extra LD engine oil is a 15W-40, premium quality heavy duty diesel oil that has been blended using quality mineral base stocks and modern technology additives to provide increased protection and performance in heavy duty diesel applications. The long drain formula provides excellent protection from wear, oil oxidation, soot accumulation, sludge, oil thickening, corrosion and rust to provide maximum oil performance and wear protection for the entire drain interval even when used in extreme temperature, severe service applications.
Valvoline Diesel Extra LD 15W-40 is suitable for use in heavy duty diesel engines fitted to a range of different vehicles and equipment including trucks, transport, earthmoving and farming equipment that require the use of API CI-4+/SL or ACEA E3/E5/E7 15W-40 specification engine oils. Diesel Extra LD is suitable for use in diesel engines fitted with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) emissions control.
