SS Inductions Growler Holden VT-VU-VX-VY V8 5.7 GenIII Combo (CAI019 & ITP001). This combo pack includes the VT - VU - VX - VY V8 5.7 GenIIIGrowler cold air induction and Intake Pipe. The standard pipe connecting the airflow meter and throttle body is very small in diameter and has inner ridges that disrupt airflow. The SS Inductions' intake pipe is a three-piece high volume plastic pipe with flexible rubber ends. The increased air mass ensures improved throttle response while the inner smoothness is less disruptive to the airflow at all speeds. Growler system replaces the factory airbox altogether and is designed to maximise air flow and provide a shorter path to the throttle body. This delivers a fast, smooth flow and makes use of our superior Big Mouth inverted cone high performance rewashable pod filter. With a great induction growl under heavy acceleration, significantly increased torque and throttle response and better fuel economy.
