Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer 3.78L is an easy to use, revolutionary technology which allows you to coat over a previously coated or sealed concrete floor without having to scuff, sand, or grind the surface. Transform your worn garage or concrete surface with any Rust-Oleum floor coating (including water and solvent base). After applying Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer, the floor is ready to be top coated with any opaque epox or 2-part epoxy.

- Covers up to 37m2 on sealed, painted, coated or smooth flooring
- Use over sealed or previously coated surfaces
- Prime and topcoat in 1 day
- Must be allowed to dry a minimum of 6 hours, but no more than 48 hours, to ensure proper adhesion of topcoat
- Coated floor must be clean and properly adhered prior to priming
- Semi-transparent gray finish
- No sanding, stripping or grinding is required
