Mata 7 is a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) designed for truck and single trailer. It can monitor real-time tyre pressure, 7/24, temperature, truck voltage, and alert the driver of puncture, low/high pressure and high temperature of their tyres. Mata 7 has an automatic hook/drop function. The system comes with a 6” dashmount LCD display (the head unit) and a TC01 booster (the trailer unit). When a trailer is connected to the truck, the trailer unit will relay trailer tyre data to the head unit. When trailer is disconnected, the trailer data will disappear, and the head unit will only monitor the truck tyres. The head unit can recognize any single trailer with a trailer unit installed. The system utilises external sensors are universal, IP67 water-resistant and dustproof. The sensor battery lasts for 2 years and is replaceable. The Mata 7 TPMS system can increase the truck safety by helping drivers decrease uneven tyre wear, by alerting to tyre problems and preventing blow out, bettering fuel economy, and reducing down time, making it a valuable safety device for truck fleet.
