Morey's Guardsman Food Machinery Gear Oil, are manufactured from a combination of high quality HVI food grade solvent extracted dual hydrogenated paraffinic base oils & systhetic base oils, these oils are fortified with food grade anti wear agents, rust & corrosion inhibitors, & foam inhibitors, designed for use where H-1 gear oils are required.

  • Certified Kosher & Pareve for passover & meets FZG gear test requirements
  • Crystal clear in colour with no odour
  • Compatible with other food grade gear oils
  • Does not thin out at high temperatures & has foam resistance qualities providing longer gear & bearing life
  • Full film lubrication to protect gears with rust & oxidation protection for all
  • Worm gears, bronze gears, reduction gears, industrial spur, bevel gears, helical & flexible couplings just to name a few
  • Can be used in applications both above and below the food processing line
  • For the use in rotary steamers and valves up to 149°c
  • Complies with 172.868 of title 21 of the code of federal regulations
