Car Builders Acoustic liner is a premium quality carpet underlay to replace jute and cotton mill scrap that have traditionally been used under carpets. Acoustic Liner will not rot or mould and is self-adhesive. Although it is primarily a carpet underlay, Acoustic liner is also a fantastic general purpose thermo acoustic barrier. It is used to reduce external road noise and as a decoupling layer from heat.
Acoustic liner is easy to install with a peel and stick self-adhesive backing, just cut with scissors or a blade and stick it down with a Car Builders Application Roller. For best results use over Car Builders Stage 1 Sound Deadener.
