The Bowden's Own Far Cough Antibacterial Spray 770mL, BOFARC is an antibacterial spray designed to eliminate germs, bacteria and other micro-nasties from car interiors and household surfaces. It uses a quat-based formula built around benzalkonium chloride (BZK) at 1,000 PPM, delivering antibacterial protection without bleach, chlorine, peroxide or alcohol. This makes it gentle enough for delicate surfaces such as leather, vinyl, glass, piano black plastics and carbon fibre, where harsher disinfectants can cause damage.
Also known as a surface sanitiser spray, Far Cough leaves a low sheen, non-greasy, anti-static finish that helps minimise dust build-up after wiping. The formula carries a light Aussie eucalypt and lemon-mint fragrance that won't overpower the cabin, and it helps inhibit further bacteria growth on hard, non-porous surfaces around frequently touched areas like steering wheels, door handles and touchscreens.
