The Alemlube Automotive AA48010 Express Maintenance
Service Trolley is a fully pneumatic automatic wheel lifter
designed to promote under one hour servicing in automotive
workshops and professional tyre service workshops.
Simply operated by two buttons on the trolley handles, the wheel
platform equipped with stainless steel rollers is raised to allow
perfect alignment of the wheel and wheel hub, then lowers the
wheel to a workable height for the wheel to be transferred to the
Wheel Transport Trolley (supplied with the AA48010). Reducing
manual handling, this labour saving device makes working with
wheels and tyres extremely WHS friendly and results in greater
efficiency and increases potential servicing from 5 cars per bay
to 13 cars per bay in one day.
Manufactured from durable and lasting stainless steel, the
AA48010 is fully equipped with four flexible hoses and fittings
neatly contained in housings, three inbuilt tool trays and a work
platform to keep pneumatic tools close at hand.
The Alemlube Automotive AA48010 is the way of the future in
helping to prevent back injuries by improving workshop safety, by
providing convenience & efficiencies in performing wheel changing
operations and ultimately by increasing overall workshop productivity.
