The AAHA90 Bead Blaster from Alemlube is especially designed for seating tubeless tyre beads on a range of applications including Automotive, Commercial & light Agricultural use. The Alemlube 9L Bead Blaster is a powerful and user-friendly tyre inflator which is used in conjunction with your tyre changer for those stubborn tyres including Run flats, low profile tyres or tyres compressed during shipping. Effectively, the Bead Blaster is an air tank system that blasts a powerful burst of air between the tyre and the rim. This causes the tyre to expand to correctly seat in the bead, enabling you to inflate those stubborn difficult tyres correctly. Use it on car, truck, ATV, motorcycle and small agricultural tyres. It is also recommended for worn tyres. (Those tyres your changer can’t handle on its own). The AAHA90 Bead Blaster is Easy-to-Use. Fill the tank to the manufacturer’s recommended PSI (between 20 and 110 PSI) and then disconnect the air line from the Bead Blaster. Attach an airline to the valve stem of the wheel. Hold the Bead Blaster with both hands, while wearing appropriate safety gear. Aim the Blaster between the tyre bead and wheel flange, keeping it 3-5cms from the rim, and press the trigger. A blast of air will seat the bead while the steady airflow continues to inflate your tyre.
